1. 1. Purpose and Scope

   Rephrasy provides a web application and API that humanizes AI-generated text, making it undetectable by AI detectors, along with an AI detector service. By using Rephrasy, you agree to these terms.

2. 2. Functionalities

   Users can paste text into our web application or use our API to receive humanized text or utilize our AI detection services.

3. 3. Privacy

   Rephrasy stores no private data except humanized text, names, and email addresses for user identification. Data may be shared with third parties as necessary for service provision.

4. 4. Use of Service

   Users agree to use Rephrasy responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Rephrasy assumes no responsibility for how users utilize the humanized text or AI detection results.

5. 5. Refunds

   Refunds are possible under specific conditions. Note that refunds for already used credits are not available. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon contact via email or Crisp. Note: We do not just refund upon request. We offer a free-trial which helps you to figure out if our service is the right one for you. We do not refund any lifetime deals!

6. 6. Termination and Subscription Conditions

   Upon subscription cancellation, the subscription status will be removed, reducing the Humanizer feature limit to a maximum of 100 words. However, unused credits will remain.

7. 7. Disclaimer

   Rephrasy aims to humanize text effectively but does not guarantee that humanized text will be undetectable by AI detectors. Rephrasy particularly disclaims any responsibility in cases involving fraud or misuse of the service.
